CROOKSTON, Minn. (Valley News Live)– One man is facing charges after pointing a firearm at a crop duster in Helgeland Township on Wednesday.
During the investigation, Polk County deputies determined no shots were fired.
Deputies say 77-year-old Vern Leroy Hodgson was arrested on charges of second-degree assault.
