Message from the Arkansas Agricultural Aviation Association regarding the upcoming Convention:
“Due to the impending winter storm that will soon be hitting Arkansas and the significant impacts predicted for travel, the Arkansas Ag Aviation Board of Directors voted this afternoon to cancel the upcoming convention in Hot Springs.
All rooms made under the AAAA room block will be canceled. If you have any questions regarding your reservations or need further assistance from the hotel, please call them directly.
Lastly, please know this was decision was not taken lightly. The board analyzed the situation from all angles, but in the end decided that this was the best and safest option for all members.”
