Bill was a true pioneer in the field, known for his groundbreaking work in night spraying during the late 1960s. Under his leadership, Valley Air Service introduced a range of innovations, including advanced lighting systems, wing extensions for various Thrush models, and turbine conversions for both Dromaders and Thrush.
