The program begins with 50 hours of essential training in a PA-12. You are required to fly with an instructor for at least 15 hours before you will be eligible to solo. Once you have honed your skills in the PA-12, you will transition to the advanced G1-64A, where you will be required to complete a minimum of 15-hours of flight time with an instructor. Note that solo time is not permitted in the G1-64A.
