Different . . . It’s a Good Thing

When we set out to build Mixmate, we started with a clean slate and a list of design goals.
Every aspect of chemical mixing needed improvements and a system would not be complete without implementing every one of the points.

Jugs are slow and messy. Mixmate will process a jug faster than you can pour it out! Rinsed
clean, measured, and recorded. The inductor will “eat” bags of fertilizer and then measure the odd amount when processing dry products. A system would not be truly complete without a good way to process jugs and dry products.

Most bulk chemicals are measured with a low-cost gearmeter that does not need to be
calibrated. It’s accurate, just ask Mike! Since the gearmeter is low cost, it is affordable to have multiple meters running in a system. This gives Mixmate speed AND accuracy! Multiple products are measured at the same time and introduced into the water at a steady rate - not in slugs that cause compatibility issues. Bulk chemicals are in a closed system... no more insecticide burns!

New features are always under development. Different . . . it’s a good thing. Mixmate does not become obsolete because your needs may have changed. The modular approach lets the system grow with you. New for 2025 is our Fusion Skid. This is an easy way to get started when you might spot a system at an airport or need to move the system easily. Just connect the water supply and bulk chemical tanks and the system is ready to go.
